Does anybody know what year a west bend 45hp model 45522 motor was made?

45522 is a 65 last year of West Bend production. They were acquired by Chrysler
C; 65 Chryser production beginning in 66.

Trying my best to get the WestBend on the water in the next month or so. Just had a mechanic look at it and, unfortunately, it appears the lower end is gone. Is there anything compatible?
