I have a 1988 Evinrude, 90 HP.Plugs on right bank are nice and brown.(nice burn).Plugs on left bank are VERY wet!!(oil).
Do you think this is carb related?? Other then that, engine runs really good!! I've decarbed the engine twice now with some really good stuff. I thought it might be the VRO??

Re: Wet spark plugs on one side.

You do not have a VRO issue. The VRO mixes the oil and gas together and sends the fuel mixture it to the carbs. If you have mixed fuel in the carb float chambers your VRO is fine. Have you checked to make sure you have spark on that bank of cylinders? If you don't have spark follow the steps in CDI troubleshooting guide to determine where the issue is. If you have good spark that will jump 7/16" then your next step is to rebuild the carbs.
