Hello,

I am getting water on my spark plugs in cyl 2 and 6.

I have a mercruiser 165 hp straight 6. I just had the cracked head replaced.
Could the Exhaust manifold be causing my issues or a cracked block?

Yes to both. Normally the person replacing the head will inspect the block mating surface for cracks but if there is a crack it may have gone unnoticed at the time. The manifold is a more likely culprit, as it may have a crack in it that cannot be seen from the outside.
Wish I could tell you a good way to determine which it is, but I know of none besides pulling it apart, starting with the manifold, and examining closely for cracks, as far as you can see in any direction/inside the various ports.
