ok guys here it is.... for the last 9 days its been raining here in DFW. i was tabbing in the last of the knees and transom of my rebuild and the freaking rain started.. now most of the wood has been coated in resin so im not that worried about that but i made the drain hole and it wasnt covered! so im freaking out about the water soaking into my new transom!!!!!!! now that it has stopped raining what do i do now? how long will it take b4 i can finish glassing? do i use a heater and sun what? so frustrated now i cant see straight.. i needed one more day!

If it were me I would dry it out with a heat lamp, once its dry you shouldnt worry much. Rot starts when water get into wood and does not have a easy way to escape or dry. Seeing as how your rebuilding I cant see many places water can be "sitting dormant" which causes the humidity and lack of air flow. Throw a fan and heater on it for a while.
