What 15 HP 4 Stroke Outboard to Buy

I am going to be using the outboard on a Mercury 340 Airdeck inflatable. I am torn between the Mercury, Tohatsu or the Suzuki. I believe the Merc has the shifter in the tiller handle and the Tohatsu is the most affordable and the Suzuki is the lightest. I need the 15" short shaft with manual start nothing fancy. Any imput would be great.

The merc and tohatsu are basically the same motor except the shifter,tohatsu make mercs and nissans up to 30hp.My personal opinion is the suzuki 15hp.They are all good though.I have researched all three motors and i personally like the way the suzuki is built and also how light it is at only 97lbs for a manual.If you want to see a whole bunch of videos on 15hp 4strokes or even 2strokes thats the place to go[you tube]Just go there and punch in 15hp outboards and you will find a ton of videos with the merc,suzuki and the tohatsu.I actually just checked the online outboards website and they have an electric start 2011 15hp tohatsu for $2269 with tax and shipping thats a steal and only $69 more then the manual start..The price is only good till jan 12.Onlineoutboards.com.
