I know there is and always will be a debate on trim tabs, which are best and why.
I just want to say I'm very impressed with Nauticus.
I bought a used set of smart tabs for my 13' C3 with a 40hp tohatsu and they have not worked out great. The tabs I had are with 30lb actuators. Talking on the phone with nauticus, we decided to try 20lb actuators. I sent my 30lb actuators in for them to inspect and they are going to exchange them for free, KNOWING that I bought them used!
I've never had that sort of customer service from any other company EVER, except one (Kershaw knives).
Just thinking... any other reports of companies with great customer service? It'd be nice to hear them!
