what are the locking caps on the roller thru bolts called?

the cap that gets pushed on and is a son of a to get off. looking on the internet for some replacement ones and not finding them. Anyone know where to get them?

Ya know... When he first posted this I tried like heck to remember the name..... I googled it and came up with the proper item being sold under the two names I posted but it just didn't feel right...... PAL NUT DOES! lol .....

And I only knew what they were called because I just saw a bin of them on clearance at the store on Friday.

I saw them, read the label, and thought "thats a weird name for them."
