I just bought a Lund Pro V 1700 with a Johnson 40hp tiller engine. There are 2 rocker levers, one on each side of the engine near the connection to the boat. One is black and has arrows like <--- ---> on it. The other side has a white one that is not labelled. Does anyone know what they are?
