hey guys,

Does anyone know what these are for? There's one on each side of the stern. Not sure if they used to be something for fishing gear, or some type of enclosure, ski tower, etc...

Mount for a wake tower? I can't tell how it's positioned in relationship to your boat?

The two VHF antennas are up front. These brackets are just in front of the swimstep on each side, mounted almost horizontally.

You can see them in this pic, just above the cleats

I have them on my boat and we mount our downriggers (for fishing) on them. You have spin nuts that will thread and lock them down. Then when finished using the DR you take em down, they are a target for theft, and would bounce on a trailer ride too.

The four corners have what looks to be tapped threaded holes, could mount anything then.

Thanks GF,

The PO said he had some fishing gear that goes with the boat that he would sell me. I wasn't really interested in it, so I opted out of that deal. Guess I can take them out. He does still owe me money. What are the outriggers worth? :)

they look like pretty heavy duty attachment points - you could put pretty much anything there and it would be solid. I don't suggest you remove them for two reasons - one they could be useful (davits, or a ski rope attachment come to mind), and two, you would end up with four whopping big holes one either side that you would need to fill in.

X2. Mounting brks for down rigger pedestals.
