What are these for on my Tri Hull?

I just acquired a new Used Tri Hull. It is a FiberForm. I am wondering what these 2 rubber outlets are for. They are on either side of the outboard. I'm new to this type of boat and I'm basically dealing with a sound hull and a rebuild. Any help will be appreciated.

They are called rigging grommets. They're for running control cables and wires from the outboard to the hull.
