What are these holes for? *PIC*

wondering what these are for, i thought i had through the prop exhaust, but water and exhaust appear to come from these 2 holes. what is their purpose?

Those are exhaust ports...some of your engines exhaust will exit through those holes...

They are exhaust relief holes. At idle, there is a fair bit of back pressure on the through-hub exhaust so the exhaust exits through those two holes along with a little water mist. At speed it all exits through the prop.
