what are these wires?

I have a 1997 1954 fish/ski. The trolling motor battery compartment has 4 cables, a red and black that are longer to reach the outer battery and are taped together. Here is where i am uncertain, of the two remaining factory installed cables one is orange and the other is black and white. There are two reset breakers. It appears that i should hook up the latter two as i would any battery but i dont want to fry the trolling motor if i'm wrong. Can someone put my mind at ease and tell me what to do here.

Orange wire is to positive post of the trolling battery. Black/white wire goes to the negative post of the same battery.

Your boat is designed to have two trolling batteries...the red and black go to one battery, and the orange and black/white go to the second battery.

Thanks for verifying that and the link to the manual. It looked obvious but at the cost of trolling motors i needed to know for sure. Have a good one!
