What bellows to buy? Merc A1 I/O

I have to replace my shift bellows.

I can see there is another bellows in there is dry rottting, but not fully cracked.

While I have it all apart, what bellows (names) are in there? I want to replace them all and document it.. but i don't know what is practical to do.

I see a transom seal kit has the shift bellows, and the seal i need for the lower unit, and I was told it makes sense to replace the gimbal bearing while in there (all parts are original and on a 1988 Sea Ray 200 Seville Cuddy)

Is there a good blow up dagram of the out drive i should refer to?

Sierra 18-2601-1 is the kit you need.

Thanks. I found the kit priced from the low 100's to $200+

I found it here (www.marinepartssource.com) for $104, free shipping. Any suggestions to where it may be less?
