What boat do I have?

Bought my very first boat today.

I know a few things. It's a Fiberform, with a Slant Six Chrysler inboard engine, and the steering wheel is on the left side (first time I've seen one that's not on the right hand side).

I was wondering if someone can tell me what the year and model is of it based on the pictures I have of it so far. Any help appreciated...

Cool ride. I'd hang out at the docks with you!
Old & classic things are great!

what does your title say it is? without a title, it could be a yard planter.

are you sure its a chrysler motor? you have a volvo outdrive

port side steering was common before the 60's

All I have is a bill of sale. More than likely I'll have to do a statutory declaration, as its ownership line is not 100% documented by the previous owner, but Transport Canada might be able to help with the 13K number. Have had several people tell me it's a Chrysler Slant Six, and I've seen on the web it was an option for Fiberforms. As for the steering, still not sure what's with it. I don't think it's from the 50s tho.

Yep, left side steering was not uncommon into the 60's. that and the slant six sort of point to the time frame. Nice boat.
.... And if you are not familiar with it that slant six had a great reputation in cars.

Fiberglassics is a great resource and will shed a lot of light on some information for you.

No Title

It apparently is a Sangstercraft. Anyone with knowledge on year or model? Can't find any decent pictures on fiberglassics...
