Guy selling thinks it is a 1993 Larson or Forester? It is 19ft long. He wants 500.00 and the floors need to be replaced.

for what you will spend to fix the hull and power it, I'd just get a cheap old rig in decent shape. The hull isn't anything special.

I don't think anyone is going to push you out of the way to get that boat. What do you figure as a budget for this project, both in $,$$$ and labor hours?

Replacing floors is an ugly job.

If it needs a deck (floor) it will need stringers & a transom. You won't do that for $500.00 unless someone gives you a lot of the material. That doesn't include the motor.

Agreed. Unless you're looking for a project and there's some reason you're in love with this particular boat don't waste your time. From a purely financial standpoint rebuilding a boat is typically a losing proposition. (ask me how I know that)
