What boat is this????

I been looking at this boat. And ready to make the trade with him for it but i still know very little about this thing. Can anyone look at it and tell me what they think the make and model it?

Look on the starboard transom for the H.I.N. It is the Hull Identification Number. It will be "stamped " into the hull. You can look up this boat with it and find who the manufacturer was, and also what year it was made.(last two digits).

looks like a Formula. not sure if they had a center console.

Third picture shows SUTPHEN.
They make performance boats. Maybe this is a frankenboat.
