What holiday surprise would you like to see under your tree this season?? I have been fixing up my boat for over a year and can't wait for the first of the year when I get my new motor on her. My wife's getting a saphire bracelet to make up for all the boat & boat stuff I got last summer.<br />I still come out ahead no matter how you look at it.

I have a Garmin on order, its my gift from the better half. She is paying, but had no idea what to look for, all she knew was I wanted a small hand-held GPS for boating and other out-doorsy action. My gift to myself will be a bow mount electric trolling motor with foot controls, but I will buy that with the tax refund...

I mailed Santa a letter and asked for only one simple thing.. a new Honda BF225. I wonder if he will get my letter in time......... Maybe I should ask my banker also........

A new compound miter saw, so I can finish up the remodeling projects by spring, which will create more boat time when the weather gets warm.

a 2004 Johns 15 with electric start, console mounted controls, night lights, depth finder, GPS, sunshade, new seats, new batterry, yep all for a little 12 footer. and what the hay, some new poles & tackle...

I am wanting a couple more baitcasting reels with rods and a light actions spinning reel and rod. Anything else to do with the boat would be great, too.

I have agreed to make this my Christmas and birthday present for the next 10 years. However, Santa may be so kind to leave some mooring ropes and docking bumbers.<br /><br />Kevin

I'm hoping that Santa will leave a gift certificate for a boat lift come spring I hate to see my boat spend another summer tied to the dock instead of on a lift. <br /><br />Thought I had a line on a used one 3 houses down, but dang it all, rated capcity was exactly equal to boat weight plus fuel & gear... decided not to risk it<br /><br />Merry XMas!

I hope the big guy leaeves me a nice honda four stroke 20 hp outboard. My favorite lake is restricted to 20 hp. So as it is now I have to putt around in the 14 footer with a tiny 5 horse merc tiller and keep my rudy tilted up out of the water.

Ah yes... Good ol' Santa! <br /><br />I've been looking at a Garmin GPS 76S but I think I'm going to ask for an Unlimited Towing Policy ($99) from Boat U.S! Sounds like a great thing to have aboard.

I've heard there's a VHF in the pipeline. My sister, who's been into boating far longer than I, insists I have one. <br /> <br />Also swapping my '02 40HP Classic Merc for an '04 90HP Classic. That one's coming out of my paper route money. Won't hafta head downwind to get up on plane anymore. <br /><br />Gonna be a happy guy when the ice goes out.<br />Bob
