What causes wet plugs???

Just wondering what would cause some of the plugs to be wet??Also black carbon on the prop does it mean she's running rich. it's a1991 Fastrike 150hp

improper spark will cause wet plugs. check the spark on the ones that are wet. The black is carbon from the firing of the cylinders. Do a decarb. Do you troll alot low speeds? That can increase the carbon.
