What cleaner?

I just picked up a used pvc boat. It's in pretty good shape as far as seams and condition of the tubes, but it has sat in the Mississipi river water a lot and wasn't cleaned properly for some time. What sort of cleaner might cut this dried on, below the waterline dirt and staining? Thanks!

I had a white Zodiac and used both Starbright Inflatable Boat Cleaner and Protector, and another similar product by Seapower.

They both looks and feels like a liquid cleanser, so they seem pricey at $13.00, but worked well. Just apply elbow grease.

After it's clean, use 303 as suggested by others. Good luck.

i have used them for years and they keep my boat looking very nice

is there another type of cleaner and protector? cant find the ones recommended on here in alberta? I should add here that I have a used Intex 4. It has some stains on it and seems kind of dry (no pun intended). I'd like to protect it and also clean off some stains on it from the previous owner. He didn't always wipe it down after using.

cant find 303 here in AB. cleaner i am using go jo with fine pumice. works really well but i want to use a protectant and conditioner on her. would something recommended for vinyl work?

thanks much but I found something that works great! I used something I got at Canadian Tire called Meguiar's Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner and Protectant. I couldn't believe the difference in my boat. Soft & pliable.
For the tough stains I used Simple Green and some super fine pumice (GoJo).
