It's a trolling plate.........used to slow u down when trolling with the big motor.

That is one of the solutions dad and I came up with, but how does it attach? Doesn't look like any I have seen. Does it look homemade or storebought?

It bolts to the Cav Plate,+ is dropped Down behind the Prop......

I've seen 1s like it before,.... So it's Not Homemade......

I like the way the guy has it listed as a "plane jack"; obviously he has no clue what it is himself!

Or maybe you could use it to jack up a plane...​
