What do I do with this!?!? advice please :)

Where do I start with this? Honestly... This is the topside of my glastron, the black is not original paint, omc was silver flake (i can see it in one little spot) im not trying to take it back to silver only trying to make the black look better and spray some sealer or something along those lines, I know prep is the most important but paint/sealer wise.... I dunno

Looks like your clear coat is coming off, just like it does on automobiles. Guess you could sand it down smooth and re-apply some clear laquer, but it won't look great, just better.

You can send down and clear it. The best thing is to re-paint.

Eh your right, thing is there is more "good" paint in then "disintergrating" and would be easier to take down the crap in line with the curvature of the boat and paint a different color on the bow topside? The bottom paint seems super stout and the deck is solid, super solid.... Or should I just seal it after sanding? Thanks....

I have access to an air-less sprayer, would that work? The owner of the pump says he will not put 2 part paint thru it but is open to hardeners... I really want this to come out halfway decent :/ any specifics would be great... Thanks guys...
