Here is a Video of my "Parts" motor running. It takes nearly 45 seconds before it starts to pee. Think this is normal?

Looks fine to me.
Assuming it's the same as my old 200 merc' the delay is the thermostat.

Rick, Check the head temps with and infra red thermometer and also all around the cylinders to see if there are any hot spots. Other thing, don't rev it on the hose or it could possibly run away and fry your motor.
If head temps are good then you should be off to the races.
