What do you think of this piston?

Hi - this is what one piston looks like. Do you guys think I need to replace/rebuild the powerhead?

Shop? Just pull it apart. Hone the cylinder and put a new piston in it. $250 worth of parts and a weekend and your'e back on the water.

That cylinder went lean and honing wont fix that...
