that big heavy monster, would need the very least a 4.3L doesn't say what outdrive, which would probably have to be replaced anyway. repowering $5-6,000. then you get to the interior, floor, stringers.

it says its set up for a small block ford. if it is in fact ford would it be posible to take a 351 motor or maby an HO 302 from an fox body mustang or somthing like that and modify a few things and get it to work for marine pourpouses. i could probably get my hands on a good running ford or chevy small block v8 for under 500 asuming the outdrive is good. im just wondering if its worth the drive to go check it out. it looks like its been stored with the bow up, although its not covered and who knows if the drain plug is in or not

get them to send you interior pictures and the numbers off the outdrive to see what it actually is. then you can figure out what will connect to it. the trailer and outdrive are worth $500

If it's Ford powered, it is either a mid Seventies MerCruiser or a late Eighties OMC.

In the latter case, go find something else.
