Im looking at this boat. Its been sitting for 5 years. The sails are in good shape. But it has water inside from sitting so long. It has no motor. I couldnt get more photos because the person that has it wasnt there when I went to look. So I dont have all the details. All I know is that it needs pumped out and a good cleaning. I havent made on offer yet but just wondering what everyone here thinks?

I don't know a lot about sail boats, but I do know that similar boats go for surprisingly cheap on eBay all the time. So do your research before making an offer. Also, the rigging can be expensive. If it's complete go for it. If not, make sure you know what's is going to cost you to get it complete and cosider that with your offer.
