Depending on the alterations to the hull... I wouldn't go over $50... Then again, if you're enamored with a jet ski/boat hybrid, I'd offer more...

I've heard of them being set up wrong and not performing well. I'd try to get a test run out of him. Might be why its sold so cheap.
