What else would 14", 15 spline props fit that came from 225 Suzuki? I don't need em

I have acquired 3 props from my dads suzuki outboard (18,20,22 pitch) and am trying to sell them. 14 1/4 diameter stainless steel . Does anyone know if they will fit any other motors or just zuki. I'm a johnson guy and have no need for them.

Yes they will fit other motors .... just advertise them by stating how many splines etc....

You might post this in the Prop forum. You could look up modular props for suzuki and see what other motors they fit. That will give a clue.

If you visit the prop section and look up a Susuki prop made by Mercury; you'll see a certain hub number listed, which is different from the others.

If you visit the Susuki web site; prop section, prop bushing application chart; it lists all the bushings as "press in" type. That tells me that all the Susuki props use pressed in bushings.

If you look up a Solas Amita(pressed in hub) 14.5 X 19 prop, you see different numbers listed for all of them except Merc and Honda(match). Under Solas Rubex, they all list a different hub number.

Beats the heck out of me. Try it on a different motor and see if it fits. But it appears that Susuki props may only fit Susuki.

If you list it on E Bay as fitting whatever, and it doesn't, you'll likely get burned with a negative feed back.

Agree with Jestor. Unless you can guarantee that the Suzuki 15 spline prop'll fit a Honda or whatever 15 spline motor, I wouldn't want to bet my money on it. If my motor also uses a 15 spline prop, does that mean that my motor's prop shaft is the same diameter and same length as Suzuki's?
