What engine do I have

I just got this boat to rebuild, does anybody know what year it is and can anybody decode the serial number and let me know whatever you can find

OMC model number 985685 shows it all to have been an 1989 Cobra stern drive with an 230 HP, 4.3L V6 engine when new... Here's a parts catalog for this combination setup..., https://www.crowleymarine.com/johnson-evinrude/834.cfm

Same engine & drive in my boat. Don’t know where they got the 230 hp from because from what I know the 2 bbl had 175 hp & the 4 bbl had 205 hp.
