What Evinrude Motor Is this?

Found this motor local but haven't went and looked at it yet, the owner can't tell me anythink about what model or year or HP. He said it is maybe a 10HP, but I think it's more like a 35 or 40. well just by the fuel pump that's a higher horse motor than 10.

Mid-late 70s 25hp or 35hp. I think that's a 35hp due to the thru-hub exhaust. Ignition dates it.

Thanks, I hope it's at least a 25hp. I have a 74 25hp Johnson that I rebuilt about 5 years ago, great little motors, I'd like to have a few more.
