My local safety supply shop didn't know. I was thinking that an organic filter (P100) would be fine but thought i had better ask. And how do you tell when to replace?
Thanks

I thought it was charcoal. Someone help me out here. When you start feeling dizzy is when I replace mine. :D

P100 is the pre-filter for particulats. Charcoal for vapor. You'll want the charcoal for the fumes. Grinding glass the p100 is fine. Doing something with both particulates and fumes( like painting) you'll want both. As far as changing them out; every 8hrs. Or when you can smell fumes/ or can not breath. And of course you can always refer to 3M's web site.
