What GPS/fishfinder to get

Im in the market for a new GPS/Fishfinder. I have three on my list right now and I just wanted to see if anyone here had any experience with any of these models.

Humminbird 595c- pros- 5" screen and its color! $320 refurb, $550 new
Cons- Single beam sonar

Humminbird 580 -pro-dual beam plus sonar and 5" screen $320 new
Cons- screen is in black and white

Humminbird 383c-pros- color screen and is dual sonar $340 new
Cons- screen size is 3.5"
I have a budget of $400 and from what I have seen these are about the best deals I could find. If you have any info on these units please let me know what you think.

I have the 580 and am pleased with it plus it has a large screen. the dual beam is nice. and being able to upgrade maps is a must to me. thats why I picked the 580 plus I got it for $350 shipped.
