Hi Spur<br /><br />At least you cant blame your dog this time. <br /><br />The required mixture includes a safety margin, as manufacturers know not everybody are very carefull mixing, and oil is better now as it was years ago. JB is right - nothing probably happened.<br /><br />Many things can happen, but your problem sounds like a fuel problem. I have a guess.<br /><br />Some small piece of crud loosened from your tank/fuelhose/carb and block main jet or passages in carb. Clean again. Or the diaframe broke when started to work, as motor has been sitting that long. Check if it gets fuel - and check spark. A third guess: You forgot to tension a breakerpoint or something else vital, end it went loose. Check spark. Dont give up !!!
