Hi, I just picked up this Super elto. Anyone know what year or model it is? How about the horsepower? Is this model unique? The serial number is 64665. Looks like someone painted the flywheel and tank at some point. The motor is stuck. Any help or comments on this motor would be helpful thanks.

I am not overly versed in Eltos but I would suggest you check out the AOMCI.org website.

There is a section for Ask-A-Member which may help.

I know there are more then a few guys familiar with Eltos on the site.
There is also a book out there called the Old Outboards that has a lot of history etc on old outboards...
