Hello, I'm trying to put my Bayliner boat cover on for the first time. I haven't had it on since I bought it.
I have 3 peices of plastic which snap on, and 2 clear peices of plastic which snap on near the window.
The middle peice of plastic which goes over the driver area has 2 metal rods, connected, which appears to need to hook to something to hold the center of the cover up - however I cannot see where it connects. The 2 metal rods are not near wide enough to hook up on the outside track where the bimini does. However I found this part here and have a feeling it has something to do with it. Is there an adapter that goes on the bottom of those 2 metal tent rods which connects to this peice? what is this peice called? Thanks!
The background border would be my side window. If you're sitting in the drivers seat and look to your right, this is the view for this image.
The peice with the ring on the right isn't suspended from gravity
I just put it on there to show what goes in the hole of the main mounted plastic peice. The whole curve shaped peice is about 4 inches long to give you scale. The cotter pin is about 2 inches long.
