This may go in the humor area, but it is a towing shot. From their site, it looks like the skiff comes in around 5-600 lbs without the motor.

This is on the way back from Shelter Island in San Diego. I just had to snap a shot with the camera phone...

With that drop deck lowboy when he tries to back down the ramp the trailer is going to bottom out and may just hang him there.

Hopefully that guy doesn't come on here asking about tongue weight. I hate questions like that.

Maybe move the boat further back on the trailer....he won't have to back in so far and it'll help with the tongue weight:D:D NOT
He probably doesn't have to worry about falling off the trailer OR getting his feet wet.

Reminds me of when I was in grad school and the motor pool use to give me a big dually to tow a little john boat. I could never see the thing out any of the mirrors (or at the ramp). We had to go on the interstate across a couple of bridges and through a tunnel and joked that we hoped the boat was there when we got to the launch site a few hours away.

Good point, that's called economical and multifunctional......He can use the anchor rode for dock lines

Poor guy got ripped off...there's no winch on that trailer :D

At least he has it facing the right way for launching !

I like the frame that boat is sitting on, it would make a great fixture in the garage for working on old boats. Put that on big casters and you would have it made.
