On the photo is my propeller, do you know what are the dimensions, numbers?

Boat is 19 feet bayliner capri, motor is Force 125 89.

The prop size is usually stamped into the prop. Look allong the barrel of the prop, if not there I've sometimes seen the prop size cast into the prop, look at the area of the prop under the prop nut. The numbers will be in this format-15 x 15, the first number being the diameter, the second being the pitch. If you can't find the numbers you'll prolly have to take it to a prop shop to have it sized.

Look on the side,between the blades.There might be single # stammped into the side.Could be a 13/15/17/19 stammped there.
Under the nut and washer could be a # stammped there.
