Ok all, sorry no pics. My buddy was thinking his starter was bad, well it's not, you turn the key and get click click from what looks like a relay or resistor. This is his 88 rinker captiva. 5.0 v8. The location of this is on the right side front of engine. It is located next to the red reset button. What in the world is this reset button for ? What is the relay for ? I appreciate the info. I shall be looking at the manuals in a moment to find the part number, wish me luck. I am really curious, I have a reset button on mine too, just not sure what it resets.
