what is the correct torque for omc 3.8l 229ci?

I asked this previously but got no response.
Does anyone know what the torque should be for the head and intake manifolds on an OMC / Chevy 3.8L 229cid. This is on a 1983 Seaswirl 19ft. Thanks,

30ft/lbs on the intake, 65ft/lbs on the heads.

On the heads, tighten to about 35-40 first round, then go back around to 65.

If you need the sequence, I'll have to copy the pictures later.

PS... Don't forget to use Permatex #2 on the headbolt threads.
