What is the manufactured date - Optimax 175HP

I'm doing the insurance on my boat on a new motor i just purchased (motor is 2 hours away at dealer) and i need to get this registered before the weekend. Since there isn't a Model year, can anyone tell me the manufactured date by serial #?

serial # is: 1B801029
