What is the max rpm of a 92 Evinrude 60hp?

Anyone happen to know what the manufacturer recommendation on max rpm is for a E60tlene. Right now I am at 5100 rpm at WOT, I am thinking this is low. I have a 13x19 prop on it, I am thinking a 13x15 might be more appropriate. The boat is a 93 Lund Explorer in case it matters.

I would prop close to 6000, not over.
