What is the year of evinrude

I have a 25HP Evinrude Outboard Motor which I need to order a fuel pump for. The only numbers I can find are listed under serial number. They are: 25902D-E09771 Can Anybody tell me what year this motor is? Thanks Jerry

Is there a small silver plug behind the flywheel with the model # on it?

I think the 25902D may be your model number. It matches up to a 1969 25hp
