Those are through hull fittings. And yes, they are beat up pretty bad. Should be able to find them on IBoats.

Yup, that's it. Some people (me included) will bed them in some sort of sealant, like 3M 4200, if they don't have some sort of rubber sealing gasket built in.

If you can get at the back side, they're super easy to replace.

Wow I dont think i have ever seen one so badly weathered.I would recommend spending extra and getting stainless looks like you need the extra protection.Charlie

I would go with a bronze unit ,best material for that application,especially in salt water.

The one on the left looks like a vent fitting for either the fuel tank, or a water tank, or holding tank.

Anyway...
First step is to remove the fittings so you can get an accurate measurement of the size you need to order or pick up. If you have a marine supply store near by take the parts with you.
