What is this part called?

Need to replace a part on my trailer.. I woud like to call it a roller support, but don't know the technical name, or where to buy such a part online. Thanks!

It is called a wobble roller assembly or arm.

Thanks. There is no brand to the trailer.. components are EZ LOADER. I found the part I needed here:
