what is this screw good for?

does one of you know what that screw left of the intake is good for? is that original? looks strange to me

Holds reed block bearing in place (support screw)

is that original?

No, and if no sealer is on threads it could suck air causing a lean condition or fuel pump problem if that carb has pump on the side of it.

maybe that may cause my coldstart problem? i will have a special look on that when fitting the whole thing together. thank you very much!
