NO! it's conncted to A water pump,Baler I think, and I'm not familiar with it. The other motor I have is a 2 HP johnsoson "75" Thanks. Scott outboards for a while included a bilge pump, they called it a "bailer". There was a hose and a pickup that you put in the bilge. Then your outboard kept the bilge pumped out.

Yep, Bail-A-Matic. Had a weighted screen assembly that lies in the bilge, and connects to the nipple on the motor by a hose. The bailer pump operates anytime the motor is running, no attention required.
