What is VST on F115 ?

Hi, pardon but I am french and I do not understand all your english abreviations.
I have also idle trouble shooting on my 2002 Yamaha F115 and the problem seems to be the same I saw on few threads, I have to clean VST filter, but what is VST ?

Vapor Separator Tank.

What is your full model number?

I think I have to remove Intake to acces the VST ?

Yes, you will have to remove the intake to access the VST.
If you have a digital camera, I highly recommend that you take pictures of the way the wires and hoses are routed so will be able to reassemble it correctly. I'm very glad that I took some pictures of the way that the hoses were routed.

I had mine out recently and this is a back view of the intake.

Is your running issue only happening at idle?
Describe the best you can, your symptoms. Maybe somebody here can steer you in the right direction.
