what is wrong here motor looks off

As I dig into this project I'm finding lots of repairs needed
I don't understand why the motor looks crooked , mabey its the whole way the mount is

Yes the motor mount is wrong. Either different holes which I doubt or the mount itself id attached to the transom crooked.

Somethings definetly not right there. Motor pod looks to be level w/ the deck but the right side of the motor seems to be mounted higher than the left !!! Definetly looks like some Redneck engineering has taken place there !!!

Look above the 2 upper motor mounting bolts. Clearly, that pan the cover sits on is closer to the LH mounting bolt than it is on the right? Suppose it's also possible the engine is turned slightly causing an optical illusion as well?

Whatever, close inspection should reveal the issue - if there is one?
