I believe PHP Short Tag is a type of programming language or programming protocol.<br /><br />Technoheads and computer gurus play with it.

roscoe's right. short tags are abbreviated versions of php commands in a web page's programming. they don't have anything to do with hotmail per se. <br /><br />i use php frequently if there's something specific I can help you with. ;o)<br /><br />ON
