what kind of battery

I have a 21 foot maxum with a 350 I/O, the battery in it is just a single starting battery, I need a new one do I need a combo-deep cycle/starting, or just a powerful starting?
I only have a radio and lights, no trolling or anything

You don't NEED a dual purpose but it certainly is ok to use one since it is your only battery. If you've gotten by with the marine starting battery you had than one of the same type and same capacity or higher will be fine too. Shop around. If you have a farm store in your area then check with them. If they have an auto center they will likely have marine batteries as well.
