What mercruiser outdrive do I have?

[the uninitiated]

So I bought a boat to fix up. I need to change the seals in the outdrive but have questions as to which one I have. I know the boat (1987 Sea Ray Sundancer 250) originally came with 454 Magnum and Alpha One outdrive but I have found in a previous owner's documentation the installation instructions for a Bravo One. I checked for a serial number to match but it was un-readable. I have attached some pics if anyone can point out the physical attributes that make it Alpha or Bravo. Thanks in advance for any help.

The top is an Alpha I, but without seeing the rest of the drive, it's hard to say for sure.

The top is an Alpha I, but without seeing the rest of the drive, it's hard to say for sure.
